Momentum ("we", "our", or "the app") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Momentum mobile application.
Momentum is designed to keep your personal app data on your device. We do not require you to create an account to use the core features of the app.

Momentum may use Apple's Screen Time and Family Controls frameworks when you choose to enable Wellbeing / Screen Time monitoring.
You choose which applications to include in monitoring. Momentum uses Apple's system-provided Screen Time information to monitor selected application usage and provide threshold notifications.
Momentum does not use this feature to block or restrict your selected applications.
Screen Time authorization and application selections are controlled through Apple's system frameworks and are stored according to Apple's platform security and privacy mechanisms.
If you enable notifications, Momentum may send local notifications for features such as habit reminders, calendar reminders, and Wellbeing Screen Time thresholds.
Notification preferences can be changed through the app and your device's notification settings.
Momentum does not sell, rent, or share your personal app data with advertisers or data brokers.
Momentum's core functionality does not require your personal habit, calendar, focus, or Wellbeing information to be uploaded to our servers.
Momentum relies on Apple's operating system services and frameworks for certain functionality, including notifications and Screen Time / Family Controls features.
Apple's handling of information is governed by Apple's own privacy policies and terms.
Momentum provides a "Clear My Data" feature that allows you to remove locally stored Momentum app data from the device.
Screen Time authorization and certain Apple-managed Screen Time data are handled separately through Apple's system frameworks.
Momentum is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. The app does not require users to create an account or submit personal information to use its core functionality.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information handled by Momentum. Because the app primarily stores its data locally, you should also use the security features provided by your device, including a passcode and other available device protections.
